This morning, Kensington Palace confirmed that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their third child.
The news comes just one month after Kate joked about wanting "more children" while on the royal tour of Poland; however, it has yet to be announced when the new prince or princess is due.
If Kate is twelve weeks along (the typical point at which a pregnancy is shared publicly), that would put her due date around March of 2018. However, with both Prince George and Prince Charlotte, Duchess Kate announced her pregnancy on the early side as a result of her hyperemesis gravidarum, or morning sickness.
Given that she is suffering from the condition again with this pregnancy, a due date closer to April or even May of 2018 could be more accurate.
Either way, the new royal will be a spring baby!
